We want you to brew the perfect cup of coffee every time, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns on water mineral packets that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened Third Wave Water minerals in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned minerals, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
