The Classic Light Roast Profile is optimized for light roast coffees. It is recommended for traditional drip coffee brewers (Keurig, Mr. Coffee, etc.) or any manual brewing method (AeroPress, chemex, V60, etc.) providing brighter, cleaner flavors and higher acidity.
The Medium Roast Profile is optimal for medium roast coffees. It is recommended for traditional drip coffee brewers (Keurig, Mr. Coffee, etc.) or any manual brewing method (AeroPress, chemex, V60, etc.) providing reduced bitterness and enhanced flavors in your favorite medium roast coffees. The Medium Roast Profile is a Calibrated Water™ profile – Calibrated Water™ is water developed to meet the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) water standards, ensuring optimal coffee extraction and flavor enhancement. This is the water profile recommended for cupping protocols used for quality purposes in the specialty coffee industry.
Use the Dark Roast Profile in for dark roasted coffees in any manual brew method (AeroPress, Chemex, V60, etc.) or automatic dripper (Keurig, Mr. Coffee, etc.). This water profile helps to reduce bitterness provide while preserving chocolate and nutty characteristics in your dark roasted coffees.
The Espresso Machine Profile is specially engineered for your espresso machines by avoiding the use of water boiler destroying chlorides. It helps protect your machine's boiler while simultaneously providing fantastic shots of delicious espresso.
- You can also use Espresso Machine Profile for your favorite manual brew method (V60, Chemex, Kalita Wave, etc.), not just your espresso machine!
